The story is still crazy as fuck, but I don’t care. Badass! Also, the music (especially in the last 3 chapters) and sound design trumped the twisted imagery. I hope others felt the same way. They were stellar. I also love the musical cover of one of my favorite songs during the credits. I give this an 8.5 on a side note, I’d love to see an RE game with an open world, similar to the first half of this title. I enjoyed the open world at first, but i found the 2nd half which is more linear to have the best moments. I don't think this is the type of game where an open world really benefits it that much. Im glad you enjoyed it overall tho. Its a really cool game and unlike a lot of people i enjoyed the story, especially the events that occur near the end. Awesome editing (I use “editing” to not give spoilers). I think the story has a good foundation. The acting and writing kind of hurt it a bit. However, it had that classic RE cheesiness, so I was able to overlook it.
kokujin 558
I like there's open world in a genre that doesn't ask for it. As well as a re focus to gameplay in the second half, all in the same game. Wish ffxv pulled it off better. Perhaps Zelda is a good example, but some say the dungeons sucked?? soup 105
TEW2 hasn't some of the best cinematic cuts i've seen in some time. TEW did them well too but man, that game nails 'em. Some of the ones during the final hour or so are on point.
James Skywalker 528
Because of the Star Wars movie Steam was selling all their old games for cheap. Bought KotOR: Sith Lords. Playing it next.
James Skywalker 528
Just beat Shadow of Mordor. Talion and Celebrimbor are bad-ass.
James Skywalker 528
Took me 39 hours. That's not bad for a game.
James Skywalker 528
Sith Lords requires me to opt for beta "legacyPC" because my graphics card isn't modern enough. Or it's because I'm leaving a fable. Edited December 27, 2017 by Angel Jim
Guest
Revelations 2. @Sabo you weren’t lying, raid mode is godlike.
TLHBO 2,160
Finshed Mario. Not bad. Can't believe Peach didn't put out after all that. Mario is such a beta.

JonDnD 2,608
This south park game is hilarious
TLHBO 2,160
I tried Arms. This is the worst 1 on 1 fighter I've ever played and I've played Shaq-fu. The Nintendo effect is real.
Biohazard2 99
That ghost bitch Nicole in Dead Space 2 is finally dead. My first time playing this game and I had the flamethrower at the end
Biohazard2 99
Bought Dead Space 3 Ultimate Edition today hope I like it. It seems most people liked it who liked DS so we'll see. The gun crafting system doesn't sound very appealing.
Sabo 442
About to wrap up my Death March playthrough in Witcher 3. It was only tough in the beginning, once you hit around level 15 and start equipping Witcher gear I didn't even notice the difficulty anymore. Alchemy is stupid good, it's no wonder so many people rock a Combat/Alchemy build. It's an easy mode build.

Fighting a pack of wolves in the early beginning is tougher than some of the late game boss fights. The game is poorly balanced difficulty wise.
Sabo 442
Never had a problem with wolves despite what other people experienced. It was random groups of bandits I find to be the most dangerous. No matter what gear you have or the level difference between you and them, they're always going to hit hard as a truck. Even when I was like 15 levels stronger than them with Superior grade Witcher gear equipped they could still potentially kill me in 2-3 hits. Very weird, I think they have to be bugged or something because there is no way this is intentional.
soup 105
Meh are there any actually well balanced openworld games? Even Dragon's Dogma on its hard setting is a cakewalk after the first zone.
