I went back to the fork in Phantom Liberty and chose the other path. I was surprised at how different it was, and storytelling wise I would say its essential to see both paths through as they work together to enhance the overarching story.

I also played through the new ending path the expansion adds for the base game and man it was sooooo good. Really felt quite a bit more developed and fleshed out than the original endings, definitely also works better as a proper send off for the entire game.

CDPR is honestly still the best in the biz when it comes to RPG storytelling.

Finished Lies of Peepee

I finna take a little break lol

Just beat the 2 giants in RE4R. This game is rad  B)

Played about an hour of Gotham Kinights. This game seems.......good?

All i heard about the game running like shit......this has been one of the smoothest games ive played on my PC so far. Runs great at 120fps so far.

Just another game to add to my backlog

Starfield and Re4, then Lies of David P than Gotham Kinghts, then Forza, then Persona, then  Too many games bruh i said DAMN  :downs:

Everyone has been hard on SF and how it runs on PC. The big citys dont perform well. But nobody talks about the majority of the game, inside ships and on planets that easily run at 120fps. This game runs fantastic in the ships and other areas that arent a major city. And the material quality is far better than the majority of games that i have played. This game is really next gen looking in parts. Its so detailed at times and runs so smooth.

Yeah, GK is fine. We are also playing it after a lot of updates and patches though.

Game was a mess at launch which is what all the impressions and reviews are based on.

Tried Counterstrike 2 and im not impressed. Its literally the exact same game as CSS and GO, but with slightly better visuals. It feels ancient compared to Valorant.

I now see what @JonDnD meant by the difficulty ramping up in BG3 as you get further into it. Im just barely surviving some of these act 2 battles.

Yeah there is some tough battles in act 2. I feel the longer you play the easier it gets tho.

This game seriously frustrates me sometimes. Im at a hard ass battle in a unique area right now, and i've run out of most spell slots but I can't leave the area to long rest. The game didn't even have the courtesy to autosave before I entered this area, and the last autosave was a hour ago so I would be losing that much progress if I went back :|

edit: I swallowed my pride and just switched the difficulty to easy for that battle. Im at the point where I have little patience for bad design like this.

Locking you into a tough area, regardless of the state of your characters/resources and not auto saving beforehand or letting you leave without beating the boss is absolutely bad design....we're in 2023, not the PS2 era.
