Turns out I have a stalker on me who won't get the fuck off so even if I try to watch my favorite lalaland sequel, this is the welcome

So movies just disrespect you no matter what if you "stand next to" (stalker refuses to leave) who they'll always pick as the main viewer they interact with

"Prometheus" was my first word on screen trying to watch Oppenheimer... after paying for it and it was after a second view try. I turned it off instead of another 3 hours of not the movie

I watched Oppenheimer the other day. I enjoyed it but the flashforward scenes with the hearings really hurt the pacing and made the movie longer than it should have been. They could have cut out a good half hour of those scenes if not more and the movie would have been better for it.

Just started watching The Simpsons again. Heard someone say the past two seasons were good again as Groening came back for season 33. Checked out ep 1 of season 35 and yeah, it's as good as the prime days.

Really surprised how well it hits.

I'm sure you guys have probably seen them already, but we just watched Terrifier and Terrifier 2 a bit earlier... my god I fucking LOVE them.  I'd never seen any Art the Clown movies before despite knowing that they existed.  So we decided to give them a shot, and man.. I think they're incredible!  Instantly some of my favorites and fuck any haters lol.

The first Terrifier movie is damn near perfection in my opinion.  It's super low budget but nails everything!  From the 80s tone.. the visual style.. and the sound/OST.  It's so fucking good.  Art the clown is such a sick design, and David Howard Thorton does an incredible job, holy shit!  I love his mannerisms!  What a creepy fucking character!  The kills in these movies are SO FUCKING BRUTAL!  Jesus!  And I love that it's all practical effects.  The lighting and mood is just perfect.  Honestly.. I think it's almost perfect.  And not only is it gory as fuck, but it's also perfectly hilarious at a couple of key points.

I feel like it's the type of movie GD would love.  Sadistic torture porn.  There are a few kills in this series which are just so gruesome lmfao!  I could talk about the sequel all day too which is different but really great in its own way as well.

Yea, I love these movies, that's for sure!  And Terrifier 3 is in the works for 2024.. can't wait to see how they top the bedroom scene in the 2nd
