Every year series S goes on fire sale and it doesn't make a difference because Xbox currently does not have a system seller to move hardware.

The system seller moves the hardware and then GP is supposed to keep the user engaged in the Xbox ecosystem.


No system seller, so less new customers purchasing the hardware to be even be introduced to GP.

Halo infinite and Starfield were supposed to be the the system sellers, those games ended up being subpar and now here we are.

I think I only bought 5 new games this year because of gamepass. Would have bought at least 3x without it.

Gamepass owns hard. I could have just used gp this year and felt pretty good about that.
