Oh well. Constant nausea, weak muscles, sore joints, no appetite, when I do I get instant bloating that gives me heart palpitations, total brain fog. This has been going on for a month now. Went to the Dr, going for blood tests on Tuesday.  :(

Things don't move that quick in our shitty socialist country. I have another appointment for Monday.

Some of those symptoms sound like Vitamin D deficiency.  If you have a desk job, try getting out and about outside at midday when the sun is at its highest for 30 mins or so during your lunch hour.  If the weather is usually overcast where you are this time of the year, try taking some vitamin D supplements each day.

I mean you can go to the ER otherwise yea wait time is ridiculous. A doc ordered a sleep study for me once and the company called me literally one year later out of the  blue.

:interesting:

I wonder if there are any lifestyle changes you can make that may improve your health?  If you have an exercise bike, consider using that on the lowest gear each day for 30 mins or so as a low impact form of exercise on your muscles and joints which hopefully should increase your metabolism and thereby increasing your appetite.  Having a bigger appetite should strengthen your immune system (if you feed it with the right foods) and hopefully reduce the muscles and joints issue.  Consider increasing your water intake for the brain fog issue if you aren't drinking close to the recommended 8 glasses per day.
