The reality is the PS5 is likely to run in the mid 9's in terms of teraflops to manage heat and noise as an average so this fluctuates between 18% to 27% or so. What's next? Well Sony's CPU is weaker, not by a lot when at peak boost but again its highest boost is still short of Microsoft's lowest fixed.
