  1. No enhancements for current gen is a disappointment though.

  2. the only rogue-like game i ever loved was hades. holy fuck that was fun. so, it's why i'm giving this game a chance. i personally think higher about the visuals than you do, but that's fine. we can disagree. i think the most impressive aspect of the title's look is how fast the character moves, considering the detail and lighting. though, while visually pleasing, it just looks like a total blast. also, the atmosphere and creature design are right up my alley, and apparently this has the best use of the dualsense since astrobot (which i was great!). i'm actually fine with games being cross-gen.

  3. Well, I'll tell you.. I LOVE Rogue-lite and Rogue-like games.. and one of my personal favorite games of all time "The Binding of Isaac" NEVER gets old man. Many people would look at that game and say it's not worth $60-70... and maybe for them it isn't. But for me... I'd EASILY pay $70 for a Binding of Isaac game.. because there's literally hundreds of hours worth of gameplay and content there. You absolutely get your moneys worth.. assuming you like the style of game. When done properly.. the randomized nature of the game can add SOOOO much more to the entire experience.

  5. I finished Amnesia: Rebirth. Game owns and it's a proper sequel to The Dark Descent in my opinion even though it's not a direct continuation of the original story. @Twinblade wall of text

  8. I don't want to spoil it for you... but I'll just say things start abruptly happening.. and nothing is given the proper time it deserves. Also there's no real character development outside of one person, and it's all pretty bad. Introduce a character... and it's killed off in the next scene lmfao. It's just fucking dumb. The first 7min are probably the best of the entire movie.

  10. That's the breakdown for a $60 3rd party game. Sony/Nintendo/MS gets 10 per 3rd game sold... as David pointed out ONE single copy of the 3rd party game nets them almost the cost of one month subscription of gamepass for a hardware manufacturer. Now multiply that $10 by the millions of copies of all 3rd party software sold at retail and that number grows exponentially. The hardware manufacturers are getting millions from games that spent zero dollars on. The margins for digital 3rd party software sold is even HIGHER for the manufacturers. And last bu
