Are you stupid? MS have to sign agreements with the 3 major regulators who have asked for significant concessions. It doesn't matter what Sony signs, if Sony signed 10 years and the regulators said 20 then that's what MS would have to do

No Series X is just not well designed. Cerny laid out why Sony needed to invest in sub systems beyond just extra CUs to maximise performance and it turned out to be correct. PS5 games run better because PS5 is better designed hardware
