  1. Days Gone was developed by 80 people and only staffed upto to 200 by the final year. Ass Creed can have over a thousand people working on it, and it shows.
  2. Days Gone gets much better, I like this. There is nothing like it out there actually, it uses open world tropes but still is a fairly unique experience.
  3. Days Gone feels like a PS360 era game, they need to up the sequel. This is a decent foundation but this ain't good enough by Sony standards.
  4. I'm bashing in the head of like a 7 year old kid, this is awesome.
  5. Started Days Gone hard, it has like 4 more higher difficulties patched in lol.
  6. Simulated water physics that affect movements and environment, collision detection for objects, movement and kinects. Some of this stuff is going to make a world of difference in how "alive" the world will be, especially with further engine updates.
  7. The dev kits look both absurdly cool it's like some bad 80s Sci-fi, at the same time they look terrible.
  8. Stop what exactly? I'm not the one writing fan fiction about new GPU architectures and exclusive RT hardware.
  9. Current state/revision of SDK doesn't change the fact the final APUs are locked down outside of clocks. Actually I wouldn't be surprised if cooling, the box and clocks are pretty much finalised as well. We're 11 months away from launch, that's nothing at this point. PS4's APU was locked down 18 months before release.
  10. https://www.resetera.com/threads/tom-warren-“hardly-anyone-has-them”-scarlett-dev-kits-“they’re-no-where-near-final”.156170/page-10#post-26955320 Game Director at Moon Studios Verified Honestly, everybody pretty much knows what the specs will be. It doesn’t really matter if you have a devkit or not.
  11. Also Tom Warren is the aructus GPU in Scarlett dude when MS themselves confirmed Navi.
  12. Yes MS is going to magically revise their APU 3 months before production, stupid me.
  13. These things are entering production in less than 9 months. The APUs are finalised at this point, only because the final SDKs with the actual hardware will release 3-4 months before launch doesn't mean the APUs aren't set in stone.
  14. Dude these console aren't exactly killing it in hardware, especially in a few years. Why would we want an even weaker model. Imagine how bad Lockhart will be when PS5 Po releases, and even PS5 will be showing its age.
  15. From what I understand you can't scale everything on the GPU it does a lot more than just resolution. Who the fuck wants a WEAKER system to release LATER in the gen. Plus how will older games run. It honestly sounds like shit. Just try to price reduce the current models asap
  16. For the sake of next gen let's hop that doesn't happen.
  17. Some other 90s game that ran so bad they need to add a dynamic ress option .
  18. Warren the dude Jon posted is in the resetera thread is insisting Lockhart is a thing , and will happen even if not launch day. Which makes even less sense. Claiming lower ram, GPU and CPU power.
  19. It'll result in more PSVR2 hardware sales and more game support. Lets hope they are wise enough to do this. Current PSVR is too ghetto for PC. Plus if you get PSVR2 for PC chances are you're going to get a PS5 down the line.
  20. Kleegamefan specifically said that Lockhart doesnt exist and the next gen UE4 game is developed with one XBox SKU in mind. As did others. This guy is getting destroyed.
  21. Sony doesn't need to release their VR games on PC, but making PSVR2 PC compatiable would be a verywis move.
  22. So many visual changes and people pretended version 1.0 looked mind-blowing, not like trash.
  23. Tom Warren is claiming MS is reviving Lockhart.
