I started IV on DS but the accents in the localization are fucking awful so I took a break :( Like, not just in a "this is lame yo" kinda awful, but a "they're using archaic and highly dialect specific words that take me a long time to parse and make me wonder what the point of an English translation was when I had to look up what bairns meant" kinda awful. But it's my only choice because I dislike 8-bit visuals (is the FC version even fantranslated?)... wish there was a fan patch for the DS version to unfuck the English writing.

Also the P2 remake on PSP was fucking awful looking. It's Soejima imitating Kaneko's style, with most of the ingame art drawn by the talentless Soejima clones at Atlus. They're not even Atlus anymore and R&D1 doesn't exist anymore, it's all Index Corporation, Atlus is just a brand. I just started Perfect Cherry Blossom like an hour ago lol. My first Touhou game. Awesome! How do you like it so far? Are you playing it at 60FPS? Yeah I play it at 60. It's neat but I can't see myself putting too much time into it. Impressive for one guy but there's so many professionally made shooters that I could play on MAME or on my 360.
