They would definitely make TOTK a 60fps 1080p/1440p game if their hardware could do it. Why make another console with the same abilities as the previous one? Most rumors suggest it's going to be the same concept with more power.

Nintendo is not going to release a console in 2024 that is weaker than a PS4. It's just not happening.
