-GD-X★ 7,733 Posted May 11, 2020 Author Share Posted May 11, 2020 i'm loving rectify. there's a heavy slow burn, but they really nail the prison/freed prisoner themes. i've done numerous news stories on released inmates, especially ones from small towns, and it's pretty eerie how the show gets it perfectly right. it's an old series (2013-2016), so this is my first time seeing it. to those who've seen it, what are your thoughts on it? There’s really no literal connection but it has the same feel and type of comedy. I’ll probably watch anything with Justin Roiland though. He’s fantastic.
