I haven't played the game so I had no expectations for Kathleen. The episode felt a bit rush, like more time could have been spent showing Kansas City and its main characters Kathleen, Henry and Sam, before its downfall. Maybe then Sam's death would have had more impact. And wtf is that giant clicker and how does one become that? Just be big bodied? He didn't even care to bite people, just ripped that guy's head off.

So, apparently the story goes that Warren Beatty owns the TV and Film rights for Dick Tracy, but he doesn't own the actual IP.

 

If the film/tv rights go a certain period of time un-used, Beatty loses the rights and they revert back to the owners of the IP.

 

So, over a decade ago, he made this incredibly lame half-hour special in which he dressed up as Dick Tracy and pretended to be him, and say certain catchphrases, so that is (barely) counts as a "performance." In order to maintain his film/tv rights.

 

And just earlier this week, he made another special, of which half of the footage was from the previous special.

Well, I know it’s been very split with my friends. I love the metaphysical aspects the movie tackles, and how they are developed with over-the-top (some even bizarrely perverted) scenes. The characters are charming, and that helped me buy into into some of its more batshit crazy parts (some of my favorite scenes lol).

Its not way too over the top. Tenet was over the top, shit didn't make sense. This movie, despite its subject, is actually easy to follow

Yeah, as wild as the scenes are, they make sense. The movie definitely gets an A+ for originally. The rock part lol.
