So does anyone know if HBOMax will just be replacing HBO Now? Will I still be able to get my shows at airtime on Sundays?

yup. it's basically hbo now with more content (to compete with netflix). the price will still be $14.99 a month.

yup! max will be free. the reason now/go will co-exist is because of all of the different ways people get hbo (cable/phone provider/ stand alone subscription plan/etc.). also, you won't have to download an additional app (max content will be on every app). it sounds confusing, but it makes a lot of sense.

Christian Bale to Star as villain in Thor 4 Love and Thunder directed by Ragnarok and new Oscar winner Taika Watiti. Natalie Portman is also returning to the series. This is really the only phase 4 MCU movie I’m really looking forward to. I hope we get a teaser if The Eternals soon. I’m mildly interested in Black Widow but I doubt I’ll watch it in the theater.

Nope just finished season 2. Casino open.

Yeah it's less BB this season, still not as good but I like it.

Well, BB and better call Saul can’t be matched. Still, I love the direction they went with ozark. Season 3 looks nuts!

I like the attitude of that little Ruth hussy, good character, and the Snell family and that fucked up bitch wife.

Jason Bateman is always good though. You can cast him in anything.

I just finished Castlevania. It was pretty awesome, now that they're up to 10 episodes they really have the ability to slow down and focus on the characters and their individual storylines. Theres actually a surprisingly lack of big set pieces or action compared to the previous seasons but the writing and dialogue is good enough to keep the show engaging. The ending was satisfying as well, im interested in seeing how the story develops from here.

I also noticed that the show is tagged with netflix's new 'top 10' banner, so based on that I can only assume that its a ratings success which is nice.

Watched the indie movie Swallow. Its one of those flicks with a very simple concept/premise and everything revolves around it. While it doesn't do anything too crazy I thought it was a pretty enjoyable watch overall. Good performance from the main lead too.

Was in the mood for some dark sci-fi and rewatched Alien after so many years.

It's unbelievable how well it holds up and still manages to look fantastic despite releasing in '79 :dame:
