The $70 promotion for 2 years was for new customers only but it seems like they are offering it to existing customers now too since ATT is pushing fiber lines all around here in Miami. A 10 minute drive east of me and the people have gigabit. It's all farmland west of me, so nobody wants to run the cable to my street when it's a financial dead end.
