Where is this 2017 study? Lemmings always fall back on the 2016 one and PSN has improved a lot since then. And even then it was better than Live at matchmaking. No wonder MS is begging for crossplay :roff:

Of course it will always have a better network, Microsoft owns and controls the network and can tune any aspect of it they want. Sony is reliant on AWS, PSN is run on a third party network that is out of their control.
