That's not happening. It says that he's credited in three games. That can mean Producer credit. Bayo 3 is probably like Bayo 2 in which he's just a producer. Wonderful 102 is probably a producer credit, and the third game is probably the one that he's directly working on. It lines up perfectly with him leaving Microsoft and starting something else.
