madmaltese★ 2,554 Posted December 12, 2018 Author Share Posted December 12, 2018 Interested to see what kind of numbers KH3 pulls but outside of a MHW sequel there really isn't too much that PS4 has that can be such a gigantic hit in Japan, which is fine, they shifted priorities to other regions which has been a massive success for them also. In Japan you need portability, that's more important than anything. Outside of that conversation though It is amazing how well the Switch is doing. Not quite, which isn't saying much because DS level of success and dominance was just insane. Also the landscape in Japan is different now as opposed to back then. There were at least double, possibly triple the amount of Game Boys as there are Switches. That game is going to be huge. And the real Pokemon sequel next year is going to be absolutely ridiculous.
