Then, I ran into a free meal!! Some1 was making beef mac n cheese wings and pizza. awesome, was worried it was gonna be a skinny day. I just gotta make sure i finish eating!! I do very advanced push ups instead. ——— for lower i would suggest getting some free weights and do weighted lunges, along with single leg glute hamstring bridges.
