Truly was a great game.  I even got the promo t-shirt back in the day, but its since been thrown away from wear and tear.

The only other acceptable answer is FF Tactics indeed... but that doesn't change that FF7 is the best.     LMAO overrated...     It single-handedly brought JRPGs into the mainstrea

golden eye, zooie tooie, perfect dark, OoT, the Nintendo 64 in general.  SM64.    I love 7 and 9 though. I really love 9. And 10. And 12 was fun for the gameplay alone.  13: Lightning Returns was the only JRPG last gen worth a damn.  hmm..

I was so excited for FF7, I used to buy all the magazines that had the game on the cover.

But I'm having a hard time to choose between that and Chrono Trigger as the most impressive game of it's time. Both were some of my first game that I eagerly anticipated before release and both delivered so hard.

Still, at the end of the day, FF6 is my favorite, personally.

This is the kind of shirt Deeno would go dumpster diving for so that he could display it in his Gamer Cave™.

SquareSoft's 16/32bit era

I think he was trying to shit on FF6 actually by pointing out how better FF7 looked? As if the two games wasn't separated by a generation of hardware and 4 years time.
