I like Epic Store. Edith Finch owned. I never would have even considered that game.

 

I like Epic Store, Battlenet, Origin and even W10 stores better than Steam. Steam I boot up and have to see Hentai Games and weird VR porn. That's embarrassing. Steam Is for Hermits, the other stores are for gamers.

Can't blame the dev.  It's gotta be annoying as fuck to see people turn on your game like that just because it's on a different storefront.  To him, it represents the last 5 or so years of his life and hard work, and to see people go from praising it, to calling for mass boycott and comments that the devs should go under because of this "stupid decision" must take it's toll.  He essentially told them to fuck off because they weren't real fans of Metro anyway.

The game will do fine on Epic though... half of these vocal pansies will cave and buy the game at launch or shortly after (especially if reviews are good), and the others will buy the game in a year when it releases on Steam.  They ain't boycotting shit
