It's a really good looking game which is why things like the performance, frame pacing and decisions around optimization are puzzling. If you look at it both the Xbox One X and S seem to be the only consoles that were actually optimized. If you dropped the S to 1600x900 it would probably perform perfectly, if you dropped the X to 3414x1920 it would probably perform perfectly. With the Pro though at 1080p it has nearly the same performance profile the X does at native 4K, so obvious the Pro needs optimization, and since the Xbox One S is performing identically to the base PS4 at 1080p it appears the base PS4 also needs optimization.
