Today Beat Games announced that its viral sensation VR game Beat Saber had officially sold one million copies across all platforms including PSVR, Steam, and Oculus Home. The news comes on the same day that its first official pack of paid DLC was released, Music Pack 1 in partnership with Monstercat.

“In February we reached 1M sold copies across all platforms,” said Michaela Dvorak, Head of Marketing at Beat Games in a statement to UploadVR.

Variety is reporting that Beat Saber may be the first VR game to surpass one million copies, but that’s hard to say for sure. Skyrim VR sold very well for and has been out since late 2017 on PSVR and about a year on PC headsets. At E3 last year Bethesda told us that Skyrim VR, DOOM VFR, and Fallout 4 VR had all sold “really well” so far. We’ve reached out to Bethesda for comment, but a representative replied that they “don’t have any stats or sales numbers to share at this time.”
