Can you talk about PS4 Pro and Xbox One X enhancements?

To make it simple, on the enhanced consoles, it runs at 1080p/60fps. On base hardware, it runs at 30fps. On PC, it’s uncapped. We went for speed over 4K for the enhanced consoles.

I'm actually ok with this. But MS and Sony should just stop marketing them as 4K consoles, better to make your game 60fps than have it run like shit aiming for higher resolution.

You can't apply 30 FPS resolution logic to a 60 FPS title.

Yes, and the other consoles are running at twice the framerate. If the Xbox One X were at 30 FPS it could no doubt be running at native 4K or close to it.

Yes, and it would end up dropping to 20fps trying to maintain at 4k.  It's better to lower the resolution to run at 60fps, or just give us the options for both.

Not necessarily true, Rise of the Tomb Raider for example has a native 4K 30 mode, it also has a 1080p 60 FPS mode. Just because the resolution is high doesn't mean it's going to be bogged down.
