he's right. but it depends how healthy or unhealthy you are. big or small etc. context is key.

 

taking heart rate at a hospital is not about to determine the actual heart rate but dismissing other factors that make your rate go bonkers.

 

well that's at least what I learned and it makes sense..... if you are young. old people are walking zombies tho
