No, Interstellar was actually quite accurate. It actually happens when astronauts leave earth and spend months in space, time works differently. Its fucked. Its called time dilation, the ISS astronauts are aging slower than they would be on earth.

A scientific theory (re: it's true), yes.  There are differences in the speed that time flows between people on earth and satellites orbiting earth.  GPS satellites have to adjust their clocks to account for it:

To achieve this level of precision, the clock ticks from the GPS satellites must be known to an accuracy of 20-30 nanoseconds. However, because the satellites are constantly moving relative to observers on the Earth, effects predicted by the Special and General theories of Relativity must be taken into account to achieve the desired 20-30 nanosecond accuracy.

Because an observer on the ground sees the satellites in motion relative to them, Special Relativity predicts that we should see their clocks ticking more slowly (see the Special Relativity lecture). Special Relativity predicts that the on-board atomic clocks on the satellites should fall behind clocks on the ground by about 7 microseconds per day because of the slower ticking rate due to the time dilation effect of their relative motion [2].

I try not to get into the concept of the 4th and 5th dimension. But it sure would be cool if scientists were making experiments that can somehow verify those dimensions.

Time is something we made up.  But I guess the most important thing is, what is causing our cells to stop regenerating after a period of time. And could we manipulate that.

Anything derived from Einstein's relativity equations is not just a theory, he's been proven so many times including this observation.

Space and time are relative. And black holes warp space so much who knows what goes on inside of it. Some scientists theorize that you can see the whole future of the universe unfold inside of a black hole. If you didn't get killed instantly.

Well, in science, the word "theory" carries much more weight than people who use the term in regular day-to-day language.

The description of a scientific theory, like say Einstein's Theory of Relatively being depicted as E = mc^2 would be scientific law.

Yea theories are laws for the most part

Hypothesis is in science what we call theories outside of science.
