His mother had some sort of immaculate conception because a Sith Lord created life out of mitochlorians. This ties into that story about Darth Plagueis learning how to create life using Sith powers. So, Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious insinuated that Plagueis passed these skills onto his apprentice (implying that its him). So Rey is this young person who has a natural ability to use the force, alot like Anakin, she may have been created by Darth Sidious. The only person who legitimately carries the name of Skywalker is Kylo Ren. So what does "The Rise of Skywalker" mean? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Plot twist, she's Vader's daughter conceived during his time in the Empire. This explains the bond she has with Luke and Leia, it's their little sister which also makes her a Skywalker. I mean.. as far as everyone knew (expect Obi Wan).. Luke was the son of Farmers.
