I tried taking screen shots of the GoT episode, particularly Arya, and it wouldn’t work. Crave app doesn’t allow it.

Is that the first episode in GoT that no one died?

Yeah regarding the obviously foreboding of character death in that episode i'd say that the following are practically dead already:

- Grey Worm

- Jorah (after killing a white walker or two)

- Brienne (probably in the act of saving Jamie)

- and obviously many other smaller tier characters

 

 

oh also:

'The crypts are safe'

'Crypts are that way, they are safe'

'The crypts are the safest place'

'I don't mind if you go to the crypts, they are the safest place'

Yeah, the whole crypt thing was way too obvious. The scene with the little girl really drove it home that shit was going to go down in the crypt.
