No it actually does matter because people are buying less of them due to the nature of the game included. There's like 5 other bundles with considerably better games which are maintaining their prices

They have 3 months of GamePass for $1 if you're a new subscriber.   One X + Division 2 + 3 months of Gamepass for $330.    But not to be topped, a regional chain in the Midwest had

So if a Pro bundled with Knack 2 sold for 300 it's Knack's fault? Lol

You can bet your ass MS didn't go into this expecting the X to require to match Pro's price, nevermind drop below it. Things like this is why hardware isn't MS's future strategy.

Why are you guys being intentionally obtuse? It's simple economics. If you've got multiple hardware packages and all are priced the same and then one of those packages is not selling in line with the others you reduce the price so it will sell. Obviously Fallout 76 ended up being a horrible game and it's not something they can sell in line with bundles which include much better games so they're forced to reduce the price to eliminate it from circulation. I feel like I'm explaining things which are just common sense, bundles are not new, these kind of things happening are not foreign in this market or any other market.

Stop being dumb.

We aren't being obtuse, even a Gameless 385 dollar price for an X is a sign of disaster.

You are being obtuse, completely and the standard Xbox One X is discontinued just like the Fallout 76 bundle is. They're not produced anymore, this stuff has been superseded by new hardware packages and superior selling bundles.

Why? The game bundles are currently $450. The gameless, discontinued model for $65 less is nothing to write home about.

MSRP's, but just like Microsoft's stuff if you look around you can find all of these things greatly discounted below that.

i just checked amazon and that's the prices they have listed. i just think the pro should be $299 and the OG one should be $199.

$369.99

Took all of 5 seconds to find and they're a Sony authorized dealer.

oh i get that. however, you rarely ever see it under $350. it's ridiculous. it's overpriced imo. the one x is going for just $15 more on amazon than the deal you listed.

It is overpriced and the whole excuse of "Well Sony doesn't need to lower the price" isn't cutting it anymore, they're seeing YoY declines greater than Microsoft is right now and even without the declines it's still too much money. It should have been $350 since last year.

No, if the game is thrown in for free, then the type of bundle does not matter.

Its the hardware.  And its not selling.

That Fallout 76 bundle, no matter HOW MUCH you don't want to play that game, should have ALREADY BEEN selling at $450, or $425, or $400.

It keeps on dropping in price, and it ain't because people are disgusting at that Fallout 76 logo on the box.

idiotray :crymore: Um, if there are competing bundles that are regular price then they are just trying to get rid of the bundles that people aren't interested in.  MS has likely authorized a discount on those bundles due to poor reception. Stop being a moron.

you're either really stupid of just a troll.. I'm guessing it's the latter.  Please everyone, don't feed the troll or don't talk to the idiot.  Either way..

What was the PS4's YoY decline in 2018? What was the Xbox One's? What was the PS4's decline during the holidays versus the previous year?

You're trying to paint this in a vacuum.

It doesn't work like that. These are two closed ecosystems, not two competing graphics cards. Performance is just a fraction of the equation.

That would imply that you know that the other bundles are selling well. Which you don't.

Chances are, the majority of bundles out in the market are Fallout 76 bundles, which is why you are seeing that one on sale with that particular retailer.

There is really no way around. None of this happens if people value the Xbox One X as being worth it by itself. You can't possibly be stupid enough to NOT accept a deal because it comes in packed with something you don't like.

Did you honestly think that logic was going to work? :reg:

PS4 was the best selling console Last year WW and I believe either 2nd best in the US or the best in the US (Switch and PS4 and neck).

One constant was Xbox being last.    Your dumbass got confused comparing Xbox1 "Growth" in 2018 with X an additional Sku... vs 2017 that did not have X......

But as soon as Nov 2018 came around... the first month in 2018 that you could compare with a 2017 month that had X..... Huge Declines for Xbox1 every single month since then.
