No, that's somebody challenging the leagality of an ALREADY EXISTING law after the fact, through the court system........assuming somebody challenges it.

NY Daily News asked Bernie Sanders WHAT gives him the authority to break up banks.

Bernie Sanders gave the correct answer: Dodd-Frank

And Bernie correctly explained that it gives the Treasury Dept. (which is part of the President's Administration) that power.

NY Daily News would immediately respond "so the Fed (the Federal Reserve Bank) has that power??????" in an attempt to confuse Bernie.

Bernie got it right, NY Daily News did not (and they probably know they did not).

NY Daily News then did what you are attempting to do..............try to move the argument into another area to discredit it somewhere down the legal chain. The law is already on the books, it hasn't been ruled unconstitutional by any court.

And like I said.............Hillary Clinton cites the VERY SAME LAW (Dodd-Frank) to give the Treasury Dept. to break up banks.

I love how YOU ALREADY KNOW.............but you're trying to play stupid.

LOL, this couldn't have turned out any better.

The DNC, and msNBC, because they have to deal with 20+ candidates, are going to split the debate into two debates..........over two nights, with 10 candidates per each debate.

Guess which 10 will be taking the first night.

And guess which 10 will be cast on the second as the B-team?:tom:

And even then, there are still 3 candidates who are going to be cut, and we don't know what method they will use.

So, whatever doofus has a DREAM of so-and-so smalltime candidate sharing a stage with Bernie, Biden, Warren, Buttigieg.......yeah, that ain't happening:lawl::lawl::lawl:

This was announced many months ago

The site that chart comes from cites Bovada as its source, but Bovada doesn't have those odds. It has:

Warren +1400

Yang +2500

25/1 is still vastly outperforming what you would expect based on his polling, but he's getting buzz from his criticism of Biden at the right time so I guess we'll see.

We are also seeing some separation among potential Democratic candidates, with the latest release from Bovada showing Joe Biden to be the closest competition at +425.
