Also Xbox consoles appear to have a larger digital share relative to their total game sales so Microsoft per copy sold is technically bringing in more money than Sony. If they can course correct and increase their market their revenue model is technically more profitable than Sony's just based upon software. That doesn't include GamePass, xCloud or whatever else, just pure software sales. You're back to peddling that BS? Edited June 12, 2019 by Goukosan

However that's my point, Sony is so far ahead in terms of software sold simply because they sold the PS4 so well. Once you're in the ecosystem the job is done. Regardless of what MS does, if Sony wins the 'console war' next gen again, regardless of their streaming capabilities, the result will be the same even if MS has better services. MS is saying consoles sold isn't their main thing. I explained why, you wont believe me or them. You think MS doesn't want to make money? They are finding ways to do so . Console sales aren't the main thing for them. You honestly believe that MS is just trying to fool the internet nerds Sure theyd love to have PS4 numbers but they don't. They did last gen and who knows about next gen. They have a healthy base and have stores on multiple platforms.

Playstation Tablet 1,723
He talks about not caring where you play, even if it's the launch XBox and mentions the 360 now. Looks like they will be supporting the One a few years after Scarlett, which is a viable strategy. Guess it's the one that makes more sense for them.
