He's scraping the bottom of the barrel.  Microsoft is literally packaging tons of games and pleading with their customers to just give them ten MEASELY FUCKING DOLLARS a month, and they'll let them play it.  Like a store going out of business just expanding their return policy  And they don't get 1/10 of the fan response of that video.
