007 will be a black woman in bond 25

You are giving this crap movie free press. I'm glad black actors are eating up this ironic trend of advantism. Maybe in 10 years, the White male will be the victim and get his dues. Roots, starting bill chuck. A racist right winger, unappreciated by the cruel new modern world. Kkkkk.

I guess the intro song will have male strippers dancing in weird background colors

I'm all against the forced shit but this is a literal non story. Bond retired, hence retiring the 007 codename. She is playing the new agent assigned that codename. Daniel Craig is still James Bond...

Goldeneye > Skyfall

I don't know I still don't see anything wrong with it. James bond actors changed so many times that I don't really care if a female is the lead character in the new movie.

I also kinda stopped watching after Skyfall

There's also been the theory that Bond is a name designation given to multiple people.

We clearly see Judi Dench be introduced as a new "M" back in Goldeneye (which was a change from a man playing the role of M) and then we had Ralph Fiennes take over as "M" from Dench within the same movie, which means that "M" is just a name designation. So the movies have already established this.

But that really doesn't matter because there is no continuity across the movies, because its just a piece of fiction.

Speaking of Ralph Fiennes, here's a trailer to the Kingsmen prequel. The very first King's Man.

I'm surprised he's allowed to be in Bond movies while also being in this other franchise that is clearly trying to be a Bond-type.

You feel better now? :hest:

I mean did you read the OP and the first page? :rofls:

First page is filled with them rushing in with their fragility without even taking a second to actually look up the story... in the end the story turns out to be a bunch of nothing... lol:whoa:

Eh.. people will always find a way to complain.

If it turns out to be a bunch of nothing, then people will whine that they had the chance to make a profound change to 007 and that they caved under white man pressure..  If they change it profoundly... then you have people that will dislike that their well known character and franchise has changed course.  I don't think it's specifically a white man problem... nobody from any race likes seeing cultural icons changed.

As I said before.. I don't really care what they do at the end of the day.. I want Idris Elba to take over as James Bond, and give him some fine ass black bond chicks to bed.. That's all good.  But 007... 007 is James Bond.  I don't think this new character should "take over" the 007 codename.  Agents don't lose their number when they retire... The number retires with them.  Calling this girl 007's replacement or whatever is probably what's rubbing fans the wrong way.

They need to make new characters and new IP with people of color.  Start some new legacies...

Um yes they do lose it..... Do you follow the franchise? 006 lost it, M lost it, Q lost it..... so James can lose it too.  :leo:

If James lost it to another white male spy character from MI6 would we even be having this conversation?

He left the agency, the code name is up for grabs.

The whole franchise revolves around the character 007... as in James Bond.

If it was another character and he wasn't called James Bond... yes.. I'm pretty sure lots of people would be pissed about that.. lmao

1) First off, James Bond is still James Bond that isn't changing :whoa:

2) The 006 agenct in thunderball and Goldeneye are two different characters FYI.

3) The codename 007 is not his name... it belongs to the agency MI6.

The number was unassigned from him before... just like I said....

You Only Live Twice - Bond was transferred into another branch and given the number 7777, suggesting there was no active agent 007 in that time; he is later reinstated as 007 in the novel The Man with the Golden Gun

4) Matter of fact another agent had 007 before Bond took it over.

set before the events of Casino Royale, an unnamed agent 007 is murdered, which leads to James Bond taking over the code-number in Forever and A Day, thus marking his first ever assignment as a 00-agent.

5) Other examples of 00 numbers changing agents.

Devil May Care - Bond girl Scarlett Papava is unveiled as 004, replacing the previous agent who was killed in Berlin

Total non story by you triggered pansies :cries:
