They had originally predicted to grow by 5 million subscribers worldwide, but they only grew by 2.7 million. Their downturn is coming. MS isn't ever going to come back from this gen. they're known as the other console, they're known for not making good games, and the controversy of 2013 will never leave them. it's a black stain on the brand. They see Xbox shrinking, hence why they ignore it even exists. It's DONE. Keep wasting your money of these shitty consoles with 0 exclusive games. Consumers know better, that's why xbox doesn't sell. One google search and the average consumer knows it too, they know PS4 has exclusives, GOTY caliber titles, 3rd party partnerships, and is overall a wiser investment.
