"The official E3 Expo website had an insecure Excel spreadsheet with over 2000 addresses of journalists and content creators currently registered to attend E3 this year. Here it is.If you're wondering: No, the Wordpress directory was not password protected. No, the Excel Spreadsheet containing the PID of 2000+ people was not password protected. The directory itself was dated for May 2019, so it had been there since then. Journalist Sophia Narwitz claims it had been linked to in public articles on the E3 Expo website for over a month and reports about it had been ignored.That's all boring. Especially when you take into consideration how fucked up "gamers" are.. Those who would actively seek out this information and cause living hell for games journalists... it actually IS the embodiment of a nightmare situation. People out there are fucking crazy.. There's been drive-by shootings at the homes of Twitch streamers, there's all kinds of stalking and terrorizing... swatting, malicious phone calls and death threats... It's completely fucked. Then when you consider these people have families... little children... Yea... no. That's where shit becomes really scary.
