That's going to be an interesting race for the division title. Assuming 49ers lose to the Saints and the Seahawks lose to the 49ers with each team winning the rest of their games they would have both lost to the Ravens and Saints, so they'd split the season series, have the same divisional record, have the same common games record, and have the same conference record. The only differences in their schedule for the strength of victory tiebreaker are the 49ers beating the Redskins and Packers while the Seahawks beat the Vikings and Eagles.
