What a joke.

Someone (and now I can't find it) had posted this with the reference to the Right V Left regarding Epstein on Twitter earlier today and really summed it up well.

FBI agents swarm Jeffrey Epstein's private Caribbean island

"We were just trying to look at pretty fish ... and here we are in the middle of an FBI raid," said Kelly Quinn, the owner of Salty Dog Day Sails.

FBI agents raided Jeffrey Epstein's private island in the Caribbean on Monday in a vivid display that the probe into his alleged sex trafficking ring is continuing despite his death.

A swarm of federal agents was seen fanning out across Little St. James in golf carts about 10:30 a.m.

"We were just trying to look at pretty fish and swim with turtles and here we are in the middle of an FBI raid," said Kelly Quinn, the owner of Salty Dog Day Sails, who was running a sailing charter in the area.

"This has been something on our radar for years," Quinn added. "We're all really curious why it's happening now."

Two senior law enforcement officials briefed on the investigation confirmed that the FBI launched a search of Epstein's private island home off the coast of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The search was directed by the Epstein task force led by the U.S. attorney's office for the Southern District of New York, the officials said.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office declined to comment.

A law enforcement source said the search of Epstein's home and private island in the U.S. Virgin islands was suggested years ago, but evidently went nowhere.

The raid was launched two days after Epstein was found unresponsive in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City. He was pronounced dead at a lower Manhattan hospital. Multiple law enforcement officials said Epstein appeared to have hanged himself, but his official cause of death is pending.

Keep the investigation going :blessed:people who seek justice to find everybody involved in this should be delighted to hear this news.

Most people who hear this news are actually outraged that this "raid" wasn't done sooner.

That's probably because since Jeffrey Epstein was dead, he no longer has any legal standing to prevent authorities from searching his stuff.

Most people who make an effort to think critically would have at least thought of that possibility. LOL

Whoo boy..............alt-right'ers are in overdrive throwing out those Hillary Clinton memes.

You can even tell that they are doing it defensively.

William Barr literally oversees the United States Bureau of Prisons, since that is part of the Dept. of Justice that he sees.

He gave a speech yesterday, and never once mentioned that he is literally responsible for everything that happens at the Manhattan Correctional Facility. And now we are finding out that one of the two guards there have zero experience.

That's not how warrants work. They still need a warrant, regardless of if he's dead or not. He also can't prevent a warrant before it happens even if he were alive.

His lawyers would absolutely attempt to stop a warrant.

Do you understand that the SDNY is trying to re-open his case. His lawyers are telling a judge that he has a plea deal, fair and square.

And WILLIAM BARR's office reviewed the legality of his plea deal, and said that he would not challenge it (before SDNY picked up the case to re-open it).

And how would they stop something they have no entitlement to know about or challenge?

Warrants can't be challenged before they happen. Only afterwards. Otherwise, people would obviously use it as an opportunity to destroy evidence.

Because they would say that the case has ALREADY been decided by plea deal, if the prosecution wants to re-open the case, then go and review Alexander Acosta's 2008 evidence.

We're talking about crimes from 11 years ago............you are saying that you are ANGRY that he wasn't raided earlier.......then who should we be blaming for that?

The person handling the case 11 years ago..........where has he been lately?

Epstein already had a plea deal years ago.... and Bar said he wouldn't challenge the plea deal.

Now that Epstein is dead, that deal died with him and SDNY can now investigate uninhibited.  They can raid his place now without worrying about the plea deal Epstein had with the Justice department.

Well then I never brought it up since I couldn't verify it during the deluge of memes of conspiracies being floated around on Sunday morning but when the news is posting it...

Why was Jeffrey Epstein’s death on 4chan before it became public?

The New York City Fire Department has launched an investigation into whether Jeffrey Epstein’s apparent suicide was leaked by a first responder on internet message board 4chan before officials announced the death, according to a report.

The supposed leak was posted to the anonymous message board 4chan at 8:16 a.m. Saturday, around 40 minutes before The Post broke the news of the convicted pedophile’s death, Buzzfeed News reported.

I heard that people can make blank 4chan posts, and then a mod is able to move that thread into another forum, and they could then go back to the blank post to modify it, and make it seem like it was an old post.

That could explain the 4chan thing, and it would be the very pathetic type of thing a 4chan user would do in order to get quick attention in the press.

I'm still in shock.

I doubt someone like that would randomly commit suicide.

No shit.

But conspiracy theories are only for the loons. Move along, nothing to see here.
