How much is this stemmed from digital downloads though.  That was non-existence during the Gears 3 days.

Xbox has a majority digital share plus GamePass, no one should be shocked by these numbers, it says GamePass is working.

1) Gamepass is "working" for people who are already in the Xbox ecosystem, but is it bringing in new users to the platform

Presumably on the PC side it is.

 

Man... MS really needs to figure out how to win back some mindshare.  It's going to be tough for them if they don't have new AAA IP that are ready to show off around the console launch.

On PC it's for sure bringing people in, I know that wasn't the target but it's not necessarily about external growth, internal growth is just as important. 

 

For your second point we both know that can't work.
