For a fact no (more grass in a devoid desert) but none other. The framerate and its stability is identical, the texture filtering on the X is actually higher as a result of the resolution and it has the resolution which is 177% higher.

• Xbox One X in resolution mode has the identical performance profile of the PS4: Fact
• Xbox One X has a 177% higher resolution: Fact
• PlayStation 4 has more grass: Fact
• PlayStation 4 has a higher setting for AO: Fact, HOWEVER resolution increases have a knock on effect on texture filtering so even a lesser amount of it will convey a higher amount at increased resolution. Case in point, the PS4 and X look identical in this regard. 

 

 

The only thing the PS4 has going for it is some grass, a bit more of browned grass in the desert while the X has a 177% higher resolution which will probably get higher foliage count patched in. Choices, choices.

It doesn't run better, they both lock to 30 FPS with same extremely rare one off 1 FPS hitches.
