It's just the PS+/GWG model, but they definitely didn't make that clear previously. 'A growing back catalogue' vs. 'a growing back catalogue while you're subscribed to Stadia Pro' is a level of clarity that really needed to be there months ago through channels that aren't a reddit AMA.
