this. at my peak, i was doing static lunges with 150. i would literally spend 30 minutes warming up to that (and my knees would still get rocked). whereas, i would be able to do 200+ after a 5 minute warm up with farmer walks.

The hip thrust looks interesting though, I might try that one.

the trx is the most amazing piece of workout equipment i own. rows..the various flies..they all feel way more natural than using dumbbells or machines. plus, they are easier to get the mind/muscle connection.
