Netflix has created a website to show an interactive map of the entire continent of the Witcher universe

One of the nicer maps, but they may leave out smaller towns like Flotsam from Witcher 2.

 

And then they have a timeline guide in which they show you which episode occurred where, which character is from, and locations that are related to season 1.

They are able to do this because they have the luxury of having a completed source material.
