The were trying to establish a narrative that this MEANT that someday, some way............the same exact thing was going to happen with PS5 games becoming complete multiplats just like Xbox first-party games. Mind you, Horizon Zero Dawn shares the same game engine as Kojima's game, and because Kojima was already going to release his game on PC, that game engine was ported over to the PC. So there's a technical reason why Horizon Zero Dawn can be ported to PC, because they've already done the work to make it easy to port. Lemmings are saying that this is proof of it "happening".
