Go look up the 30 game comparison from Hardware Unboxed of the RX 5700XT vs 2070 Super. The GPUs are evenly matched. It's not excuses, it's reality, and the PCB is not the issue the clockspeeds and BIOS' are. The baseline is the AMD reference card, the baseline is the Nvidia Founders card.
