What does it matter how fast your SSD when RAM bandwidth feeds the GPU not the SSD. You can have a 100gbps SSD it won't change the bandwidth bottleneck. So you think Sony was stupid to push absurdly high SSD speeds with such little RAM-APU bandwidth? You do realize that with better compression, developers can store that information in smaller chunks which don't require as much bandwidth to get to the APU, right? I think you genuinely do know your hardware remij, but not enough to make a serious opinion about how these two are going to stack up against each other. On the other hand mark Cerny is clearly a genius who’s spent the past few years asking developers what they want in the console.
