Does anyone actually think all games next gen will be 60FPS minimum?

It's really tough... but depending on the game it's fine.  It depends how well paced the frames are, as well as how effect and post process heavy the game is.  That alleviates a lot of the issues with 30fps games.

 

I'll always advocate for cutting edge visuals at 30fps.  Push visuals as hard as possible and we're at the point now where games should have the options so that when better hardware comes along, those same games will then run much better and still look great.

It's easy for them to make 60fps, they'll just provide lower resolution for some games and for 4K 60fps it will be something like SpaceInvaders 3000 or Minecraft.
