Are Instagram models all photoshopped?

Recommended Posts

It's the wildwest on instagram. As I do mostly photography these days, photoediting is obviously a big part of it. Everyone has different needs or thresholds they can or can not cross. Actor and Working headshots require as light a touch as possible. For the most part I use the 2 week rule when editing someone as a default unless they ask for more. The two week rule is basically only altering things that would/could change with in 2 weeks normally. Like facial blemishes.

I've found strictly instagram influencers really dont give a fuck and will go to any means to a point where it's comical.  With the explosion of face tuning and warping apps, filters, crappy retouchers on Fivrr and photoshop becoming easier to get to the masses. A lot of shit retouching is flooding social media.
