Not really, Microsoft is a vibrant and thriving company, they've got a perfect business model for Sega and can inject an insane amount of money into their productions.

Here's the problem.

 

If it were a business acquisition, the people teasing thing would be coming from multiple outlets, business and stock market related outlets.

 

This is only coming from Famitsu.

 

And the owner of SEGA is a holding corporation called SEGA-Sammy Holdings. Are they just buying SEGA? Or are they buying everything, which includes the amusement parks?

 

If everything were up for sale, there'd be leaks coming from multiple places.

lol The perfect business model of designing games exclusively for the cash rich/game poor last place console maker that sells like shit in Japan.
