It, uh, seems to play like Origins and Odyssey. Maybe no as much climbing as Odyssey, because its more flat land.

 

Boats are relatively small.

I would go as far as to say it looked a big step up in terms of detail and character animation (which is saying a lot because typically Ass Creed maps are very detailed). Wouldn't at all be surprised if it were running on next gen hardware, especially considering how close we are to the Xbox event, probably leaked from that.
