What you're looking at is a game that has been in development for Xbox 1 for 5 years and being ported to series X. Halo was never gonna be a showcase for next gen. No one ever said that, there's a difference between a game being designed for the legacy system and later supported by its replacement than there is to a game being developed from the ground up for both. Bottlenecks are limiting it and clearly MS are running into major issues in manufacturing and delivering on the specs promised.
